Mark Winstead joins AMEC as conventional power sector lead


Atlanta, USA (25 February 2013) "- AMEC, the international engineering and project management company, announces today that Mark Winstead has joined as Vice President and Conventional Power Sector Lead. In this role, he will be responsible for growing the company's conventional power business in North America.

Mark has 28 years of diversified professional experience including projects in all aspects of power and energy.  Prior to joining AMEC, Mark was Vice President of SAIC Constructors where he was responsible for developing and managing their engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) Clean Energy program. In addition, he spent over 14 years with Tetra Tech in executive positions, primarily leading growth in the power and energy sector, responsible for (EPC) and balance of plant (BOP) energy projects. 

A graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University (Civil Engineering with Construction Management), has strong relationships in the energy sector with a client base in utilities and developers.  Mark will be based in AMEC's Tucker office.
